Excellent location, super clean, helpful host. Could be comfier and better equipped Positive: Excellent location, super clean, as described, responsive hosts, great view from terrace, also great that you can do a bag drop earlier than check in. Negative: Check in instructions wouldn’t work for us and had to call office. Kitchen facilities were a bit sparse. No comfy seating to relax in.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Positive: Sauber!, Apartment ist für die normalen Grundbedürfnisse eines Urlaubs gut ausgestattet. Küche und Bad sind erneuert und gut in Schuss. Lage in der Alfama ist toll. Negative: Terrasse ist ein wenig übertrieben, aber vorhandene Gelegenheit ist trotzdem ein guter Platz um noch bisschen zusammenzusitzen und auf die Stadt zu schauen (Tolle Aussicht) Für Menschen mit "Einschränkungen" ist das Apartement mE nicht geeignet, nicht nur wegen der Ausstattung, der Stiegen, etc.,sondern auch wg. der Lage

Quirky location, authentic old building, comfortable bed and great air conditioning. It’s not suitable for anyone with m Positive: The staff sent helpful information about checking into the apartment. The shower and bathroom were good, beds comfortable with good quality linen. The air conditioning was very quiet and efficient. The area was quiet when we went. It was in the old part of town with pretty narrow streets and LOTS of steps Negative: The second bedroom is accessed up a loft ladder and has two single mattresses on the floor, as the ceiling height is very low, an adult can’t stand up properly. It would be dangerous for young children due to the drop from the loft hatch. The roof terrace is accessed via a ladder from this bedroom area. The stairs up to the apartment are extremely steep and narrow, we only had small backpacks which was good as it would be very difficult to carry a larger suitcase upstairs. The apartment is quite dark as most windows face a wall and there’s nowhere comfortable to sit.
