Estúdio no coração de Alfama! Super Central!

Positive: Staff was helpful Internet has good speed Negative: there is no central heating or radiator integrated with gas , it is only portable one working with electric. But it makes the air dry you breathe, therefore you cant keep it open for whole night which resulted cold nights. Secondly, cleaning fee 80 euro is extremely high and you cant see it unless final payment section which prevents you doing good comparison with the other hotels and apartments. Lastly, this house considering its location which enforce you climbing the hill for going anywhere and above reasons, its price is overvalued.

Great location, steep stairs. Positive: Fantastic location, walking distance to everything but not in the centre of the touristy restaurants and bars. Some great local bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were waiting for our arrival, they checked in daily to check everything was ok and offer assistance if needed. Negative: Stairs to the apartment are steep, no problem to us and added to the buildings traditional charm however older people or those with mobility issues may find it difficult - when booking the staff did point this out.

Positive: Locatie Negative: Het appartement rook niet aangenaam. Het had de putjesgeur van de badkamer. De airco was onvoldoende voor de ruimte die het moest verkoelen en de matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe. Het leek alsof er geen op het bed lag.

Bien placé mais pas super propre. Hôte très gentille et souriante. Positive: Bien placé dans Alfama. Au coeur de belles attractions, restos et bars, tout se fait à pieds c'est très agréable comme quartier. Negative: Très humide, odeurs persistantes surtout dans la salle de bain. Dégat d'eau au plafond bien visible, beaucoup de moisissures dans la salle de bain, précisément sur les murs de la douche, j'ai eu à laver la douche (l'eau était complètement brune juste à passer de l'eau sur le carelage). Lit inconfortable, divans tachés...
