Wer in der Family-Suite keinen Kühlschrank braucht, ist als Lissabon-Tourist hier bestens aufgehoben Positive: Zentrale Lage im Lissaboner Zentrum. Rundkursbus (Linie 19B) und Metro (Station Avenida) bestens erreichbar. Klimagerät auch als Heizung nutzbar (Reisezeit Februar). Einfacher Zimmerzugang über Aufzug und technisch über App oder (an der Haustür, der Wohnungs- sowie der Zimmertür) per Zahlencode. Große Familiensuite, und eine Gratis-Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln plus Tee im Flur. Freundlicher täglicher Zimmerservice (Ich war 14 Tage da). Die AirBnB-Fotos im Internet stimmen sehr gut. Negative: Vorhandener Tresor im Zimmer ohne Funktion. Nicht toll, aber verständlich nach dem Umbau in eine AirBnB - Wohnung): eine sehr kleine Dusche und eine wirklich ultrakleine Toilette, man kann sich kaum rumdrehen (ich wiege 78 kg). Gestört hat mich die fehlende Küche, also der fehlende Kühlschrank, Das hätte ich vielleicht in der Zimmerbeschreibung lesen können. Am allermeisten hat mich gestört der Zimmerzugang, denn es gibt keinen(!) Schlüssel, Ich stand einmal vor der Zimmertür und brauchte 20min, bis es endlich geklappt hat. Und telefonisch habe ich (gegen 01:00 Uhr a.m.) niemanden erreicht. Dazu gehört auch, dass ich in der Checkin-Beschreibung den Code lese "*12345#", der richtige Code aber ist nur 6-stellig und ohne "#".

Positive: Para dormir una noche está bien. Negative: El baño.

Negative: I was disappointed with the room with two beds as the booking page did not make it clear that the bathroom was open and practically on top of the other bed. I understand space is limited and two beds is hard to find in Lisbon for that price, but the toilet and shower were squeezed into the corner of the room with only frosted glass so there was absolutely no privacy and no space. This was not clear in the booking photos and we would not have booked the room if we had known. Only stay in this room if you are extremely comfortable with showering and using the toilet with your travel companion.

Decepción Positive: La zona Negative: Nada que ver lo que se ve en las fotos com la realidad. El baño es un placard adptado! Dificil de entrar. Te acosan con solicitud de datos y garantia en deposito y el lugar está mal de pintura, pisos hinchados. Mal mantenimiento.

Não ficaria novamente. Positive: Localização. Negative: Cheiro de cigarro no quarto. Não poder abrir as janelas pois tinha muita sujeira ao lado de fora, (a janela dava para uma sacada), inclusive tinha um cesto cheio de lixo nessa sacada, que pedi para ser retirado e ninguém o fez. O banheiro me pareceu adaptado então quando tomava banho vazava água próximo a cama.
