Negative experience Positive: The location was good and comfortable Negative: The private bathroom was outside our accommodation, which they hide to mention in the details! I called them about it and they said it is private, but there is just no private way to access the bathroom!!!! Can you imagine walking naked along the floor? In front of all another gests? You have no privacy. We couldn't use the bathroom, so we didn't shower. They also provided the same shampoo and shower gel, in separate bottles which was awful. That's booked 100 € for deposit for minimum 2 weeks, which still i didn't get it back!

Positive: • The way Filipa / Lisbeyond Team respond questions on time during the day. • Balcony so excellent • Lovelly kitchen • Safe place and next to everywhere Negative: • Instructions for checkin was sent late (during the time I was in plane). • W/C outside of room • The bed Was comfortable but noisy. • Not Available TV channels for English Soccer.
