Positive: The apartment is beautiful, clean and well located.
Negative: The small disadvantage are the stairs. A little hard to go upstairs with a big suitcase, but not impossible.

Convenient, sunny, stay ruined by smell
Positive: Friendly host, sunny room
Negative: Strange ? sewage smell in the bathroom, which made it very unpleasant to use the bathroom.

Positive: Good quality apartment - as advertised! Check in was easy with online form and payment and welcome by a "greeter". Would recommend.
Negative: As others have mentioned, at times there was a bit of a sewer smell - but nothing too bad. Last night of the stay it was windy and right under the roof this is quite noisy (nothing that can be done about it)
