Acolhedor Apartamento no Coração de Lisboa | com Ac!

Ok so this is a tricky review. We spent 1 night at the apartment and had to leave the morning after (having arrived at 11pm) due to cockroach infestation. Basically we found 11 cockroaches all over, crawling everywhere and even on my daughter in laws arm. The hosts agreed to refund the remaining nights. The apartment looked nice but unfortunately I can’t comment beyond that. Check in was confusing - we were charged 25 euros for checking out after 9pm and instructions were not straightforward including office hours ending well before 9pm so it was stressful. I wouldn’t recommend and of course wouldn’t stay again

Check-in issues the first night but that got sorted out and very professionally handled. Apartment was perfect and the location sublime

Positive: Great location and great communication for check in / out Negative: Unfortunately, found 2 cockroaches, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. Property informed me they dealt with this a week prior, but the cockroaches are still there and alive. Property offered to put ‘traps’ while I was staying there (not very sanitary and safe). Left the appartment after 2 nights instead of 7 nights planned. Not to mention the humidity in the appartment (just like on other reviews).

Could have been better Positive: The location was good, given its proximity to the Praia dos Flores with its chic restaurants and shops Negative: The property was poorly ventilated. The rear bedroom had no airflow and you could see condensation accumulating on the walls. Even the bedding felt damp, as well as any clothes left in the room. There was dirt gathered at the top of the bathroom door frame and some of this had fallen in a small pile on the floor. Luckily we were able to open the skylight in the bathroom with an extension pole to mitigate the airflow problem, but the rear bedroom would not have benefited from this. There was a problem with the electrical system so it wasn’t possible to run the dehumidifier. Frankly, it was with some relief that we departed the property.

Локація помешкання дуже добра, але через деякі нюанси не було комфортно у помешканні. Positive: Дуже гарне розташування. Negative: Кукарачі, дуже чутно всі звуки з вулиці.
