Rapport qualité prix pas justifié Positive: Pas trop mal placé, dernier étage de l’immeuble donc belle vue Negative: 5 eme étage sans ascenseur, il serait préférable de le signaler, nous sommes un couple de 75 ans donc un peu difficile de monter et descendre plusieurs fois par jour. La lumière inexistante dans les escaliers et pas très propre . Casserole brûlé, une seule épingle à linge,poêle non compatible avec la plaque de cuisson

Avoid spend a little more for something better Positive: Everything I needed was right on the doorstep, from cafés and bars to local shops, nail salons, food stores, and even a gym nearby. The balconies were definitely my favourite part of the property, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere, with a beautiful view of Cristo Rei in the distance. The location is great too, just a 10-minute walk from Ponte Final, which is a stunning spot to watch the sunset. It’s worth noting that while the area is very convenient, carrying shopping up all those stairs can be a bit challenging! Negative: The apartment had a very strong sewage smell coming from the kitchen and bathroom drains, which often spread through the whole property and made it difficult to even brush your teeth or cook. There’s also a loose open drain on the bathroom floor where you can actually see the sewage, which was quite unpleasant. There is no AC if you wanted that, and the back door wouldn’t open at first, but they did fix it during the stay. The host explained that this was a building-wide plumbing issue and offered for us to move out halfway through our stay, as it couldn’t be resolved during our visit. The stairwell leading up to the apartment was also a problem there are around 100 steep steps to reach the top floor, and none of the lights in the stairwell were working, making it unsafe and very dark at night. There’s also a loud foghorn or siren from the nearby fire station that goes off early in the morning. In addition, no cleaning, bed-making, or fresh towels were provided during the stay, and there were no essentials like seasonings or laundry supplies. Parking isn’t free either, nearby car parks cost about €8 per night. Although the location and balconies were lovely, these issues made the stay much less comfortable than expected.

Un cómodo y amplio lugar para estar tranquilo Positive: Nos gustaron mucho ambas terrazas con sus respectivas vistas, un apartamento bastante espacioso y cómodo. Negative: Cabe mencionar que el olor a cañería del baño y la cocina nos molestaron un poco.

Iets meer van verwacht Positive: De living en de slaapkamer zijn ruim. De 2 terrassen waren ook erg fijn. Goede host! Negative: De geur in de badkamer was erg onaangenaam. We konden het ook moeilijk verluchten, anders zou het hele appartement. In de douche stond schimmel. Er is ook net niet genoeg materiaal in de keuken: 1 pan die niet werkt op het inductievuur, 1 pan die helemaal zwart zag, geen waterkoker, maar 1 handdoek. De achterdeur stond open bij aankomst en konden we niet sluiten (dit zijn ze komen maken) en de kast rond de boiler stond in het midden van de keuken. Het appartement is op de 5de verdieping zonder lift en zonder licht in de gang, dus toen we in het midden van de nacht aankwamen, was dit niet zo fijn.

( Pero fue subsanado al día siguiente, al igual que lo de las hormigas). En toda Almada se paga aparcamiento. Podrían dejar en el apartamento, unos mapas y o recomendaciones para viajar por los medios de transporte locales. Ya que la información es escasa.
