Fuga do Moinho de Vento - Areia Townhouse

Positive: The apartment itself was very nice, clean, well-equipped, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Negative: Unfortunately, the hospitality service provided by the agency was very disappointing. The lack of flexibility and willingness to help was frustrating. Almost every request was met with a “no,” with no attempt to find an alternative solution. Early check-in was refused, even though nobody had checked out or entered the apartment during the final hour before our arrival, suggesting that it was already ready. For a two-week stay, no cleaning was included, and we were provided with just one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay. It is a real shame that such a lovely apartment is let down by such poor hospitality and customer service. The apartment itself deserves praise, but the agency’s attitude made the overall experience much less enjoyable.

Perfekt! Positive: Die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt. Liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr sauber. Bett bequem - tolle Unterkunft. Negative: Liegt etwas außerhalb und man muss steil bergauf

Dejligt! Positive: Meget generøst personale der var nemme at komme i kontakt med Negative: Den ekstra seng i form af sovesofa var virkelig ikke god at sove på, og vi måtte sove i den samme seng ovenpå.

Positive: Nice, modern and clean, easy and convenient parking, quiet and safe neighborhood. Negative: Location is a bit far from central Odeceixe, 10-15 minutes or so of steep walking by foot, or 5-6 minutes by car.

Superbe appartement avec toutes les composites et bien entretenu. Positive: Propreté, équipements et bel aménagement de l’appartement. Negative: Rien
