Rất tốt Positive: Vị trí tuyệt vời, căn hộ rất rộng với 1 người đi 1 mình như tôi, 1 gia đình nhỏ 3-4 người hoàn toàn ở đây thoải mái, có đủ bếp, tủ lạnh để tự chuẩn bị nhanh bữa sáng hoặc bữa tối nhẹ nếu đi chơi về muộn, có máy giặt với đầy đủ hoá chất giặt , phòng tắm khá rộng rãi. Xung quanh có rất nhiều nhà hàng, đi bộ vài phút đến ga Rossio. Dịch vụ chuyên nghiệp, và nhân viên hết sức thân thiện. Căn hộ còn có 1 phòng phụ đang được cải tạo thành 1 phòng ngủ nữa Negative: Phần cách âm với tầng trên dường như ko tốt lắm, có thể nghe thấy tiếng đi lại của người ở tầng trên , tuy nhiên tôi cũng chỉ nghe thấy vào lúc khoẳng 7h sáng, ít ảnh hưởng đến nhịp sinh hoạt của tôi. Và do tôi thích không gian thoáng với nhiều cửa thì căn hộ có 1 cửa sổ cỡ vừa ở phòng khách thôi tôi thấy hơi ít, nhưng nếu đi ngắm cảnh cả ngày thì đây không phải là khuyết điểm đáng kể.

The place is in a perfect location. Without the apt issues would have made our stay a little better. Positive: The location and the host, Lisbeyond team (property management) was 12 out of 10. The apartment is perfectly situated; it is 2 minutes walking to Rossio train station and 5 minutes to Santa Justa Lift. We had issues with the front door key and the clogged shower drain, I contacted the host (Lisbeyond team) and I chatted with Rafael and explained the issues. While we were out on a tour Rafael came by at the apartment and poured chemical in the shower drain. He also provided a video on how to open the apartment front door which was very tricky. We would also like to thank a couple of staff from the restaurant across the apartment for helping us trying to open the door. A gentleman who lives above the restaurant came down and started pressing the tenant's intercom to let us in. Negative: The 100 Euro security deposit was unnecessary, everything inside the apartment was old. The moldy shower and clogged shower drain was unpleasant. We could not shower properly as the water filled up and overflowing outside the shower.

Comfortable apartment in a good location. Good for when you want to spread out a bit. Positive: Excellent location. Very close to lots of restaurants and easy to walk to the city centre. Lots of room in the apartment. Good facilities in the apartment. Air. Conditioning worked well. Negative: The front door to get into the building was such a pain. It was so hard to work it out. It was a very dark apartment with no natural light. Stairwell noise could be heard in the apartment but not in the bedroom with the door closed.
