Nice Rip Off Negative: Took 35 euros out of my deposit for cleaning when there was only one sink with plates and a pot. The flat was only used by one person in 3 days, and I was hardly in it. Cleaning rate is 8 to 12 euro per hour in the town. They first claim that it took too long to clean, then that they called two cleaning ladies. I am very sad to learn that local life and resources are being so negatively afected in the hands of companies with many properties everywhere just exploiting all for the most money possible, with unexpected and overinflated charges for tourists. After this experience, I am determined not to rent vía booking or any other intermediate properties that are not owned or managed locally.

Positive: Great apartment to spend a week in Odeceixe. Super clean, balconies with beautiful views, and all that you need in the kitchen for some home cooked meals.

Un apartamento agradable Positive: El apartamento es grande, espacioso y cómodo. Es muy soleado, con tres terrazas con diferentes orientaciones, aunque por la noche es frío. Tiene todo lo que uno puede necesitar para una estancia agradable. Negative: Aunque ya se sabía, es un tercer piso sin ascensor.
