Lovely Studio in Campanhã

Porto is beautiful city Positive: It’s good location, near train station from where you can go on the beach or another city. Near is all vintage cool shops and specialty coffee shops, apartment is easy to find and very easy communicate host, we arrived early and she let us enter earlier. we stayed 11 days Negative: Bed is very uncomfortable for two person, there is only one chair to seat and very small table, we did not used kitchen, but the most uncomfortable what the appartement has is it’s on the first floor and there is two big windows no curtains, sun all day on the window, plus neighbors had renovations around and all dust was coming, on the night we was afraid someone can easily jump inside,in the August when everything is burning we spent our vacation with closed windows 11 days, there was small fan not really helped us. We tried to not spend in the apartment this as much it was possible,She offered to us cleaning service with payment after my no she said she can do it free or half price, I did not got if it’s was free why we need to pay, or if she want leave just clean towels she it’s need my permission. In the and I can say Porto is just beautiful city and even in this situation we are not angry , you gonna fix everything and sure we will give you another chance.

Aceptable Positive: La amabilidad de Kristina, quien fue la persona que me contactó por WhatsApp. El servicio de atención por parte de ella fue muy atento. Aunque fue difícil entender cómo entrar al apto. Negative: El olor, se nota que permanece guardado. El grifo de la cocina estaba suelto. La ducha estaba suelta. Se sentían sucios los utensilios de la cocina. Le falta privacidad porque las ventanas no tienen cortinas, queda en un primer piso. Le falta ventilación, no tiene aire acondicionado y el ventilador manual estaba viejo y sucio. El agua de la ducha se sale por todo el baño. Los utencsilios de aseo como la escoba y los baldes, están en la habitación. No tiene cómo colgar la ropa, no hay percheros o sitios para colgar las cosas. No hay tiendas o lugares alrededor para comprar cosas básicas, una droguería o comida. El tapete al lado de la cama se sentía sucio. -The apartment has a smell that even opening the windows is hard to eliminate. -The faucet in the kitchenette is loose. -The drain cover in the shower is loose.

Positive: Localização boa, estúdio bem decorado. Processo de check-in fácil (locker com chave na entrada do prédio), comunicação com o host muito boa. Negative: O vizinho do mesmo piso faz muito barulho e ouve-se tudo no estúdio.
