Communications rapides et faciles avec l’hôte. L’appartement est bien équipé et situé près de tous les services. Rue plus tranquille que beaucoup d’autres quartiers. Belle fenestration et 3 AC au total. Spacieux et avec terrasse arrière intime.

Good location near all the action in Lisbon. Apartment was very spacious and kitchen and living areas were very nice. Some items in the apartment didn't work properly after check-in but were repaired or rectified by management . Matresses were very hard so if you need a soft mattress, you may want to look elsewhere.

The location of this property was the best thing about it. Unfortunately there was no action taken regarding a broken toaster and mold problems. I wish I was able to post the photos. It looked like attempts had been made to paint over growing mold and in the master bedroom there was a bubble in the wall behind the bed that looked like it might be water filled. The toaster oven, which we tried to use instead of the broken toaster, was filthy. The regular oven had congealed grease throughout and looked like it had not been cleaned for a while. We had a large dehumidifier running continuously during our visit and had to be emptied 2-3 times daily. The Customer Service from Lisbeyond gave a standard answer if “we will pass that on to our team” and then there was no further communication.

Host was very responsive! Gave clear and quick responses. Also provided some local recommendations! Everything was very clean and cute. The blackout shudders were so nice to get a good night sleep after our travel day!! Fabulous location to walk around to everything!!

The host was most welcoming and very helpful. The apartment is tastefully decorated and kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped and updated. However, dehumidifiers had to run constantly bc of a mildew smell that seem to be prevalent our entire stay. Bed in master was not the most comfortable but the single beds were.The location is on a busy street but food, mini marts, shops, ATM’s were right out the door and readily available.
