The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, the law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Unless otherwise stated, Lisbeyond and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Lisbeyond.
All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Lisbeyond for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:

- Sell, rent or sub-license material from Lisbeyond
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Lisbeyond
- Redistribute content from Lisbeyond
This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Lisbeyond does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Lisbeyond,its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Lisbeyond shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.
Lisbeyond reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You hereby grant Lisbeyond a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.

We will approve link requests from these organizations if we decide that: (a) the link would not make us look unfavorably to ourselves or to our accredited businesses; (b) the organization does not have any negative records with us; (c) the benefit to us from the visibility of the hyperlink compensates the absence of Lisbeyond; and (d) the link is in the context of general resource information.
These organizations may link to our home page so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party's site.
If you are one of the organizations listed in paragraph 2 above and are interested in linking to our website, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to Lisbeyond. Please include your name, your organization name, contact information as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our Website, and a list of the URLs on our site to which you would like to link. Wait 2-3 weeks for a response.
Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Website as follows:
- By use of our corporate name; or
- By use of the uniform resource locator being linked to; or
- By use of any other description of our Website being linked to that makes sense within the context and format of content on the linking party's site.
No use of Lisbeyond's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.
Nature of the Agreement
- These Conditions only apply where the Guest makes a Booking directly through lisbeyond.holidayfuture.com. These Conditions do not apply where the Guest makes a Booking through a third-party provider.
- The Guest can make a request for a Booking directly to Lisbeyond by submitting a request on Lisbeyond's Website or through the contacts indicated on Lisbeyond ’s Website. When the Guest makes a request for Booking, this constitutes an offer by the Guest to purchase Services from Lisbeyond in accordance with these Conditions
- The Booking request will only be deemed to be accepted when Lisbeyond issues written acceptance of the Booking request, at which point and on which date the Agreement will come into existence between Lisbeyond and the Guest (“Booking Date”).
- If the Guest wishes to make a change to the Booking or the Services it has ordered, the Guest must contact Lisbeyond. Lisbeyond will notify theGuest whether the change is possible and if so, whether any changes will be required to the Price or anything else which would be necessary as a result of the requested change and ask the Guest to confirm such changes.
- Any descriptive matter or advertising issued by Lisbeyond, and any descriptions or illustrations contained in Lisbeyond's catalogues or brochures or displayed on Lisbeyond’s Website, are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the Property and Lisbeyond's Services. They will not form part of the Agreement or have any contractual force.
Booking
- Provided that the Guest has paid the Price in accordance with clause Price & Payment, the Booking will come into effect on the Check-In Date and immediately thereon the Guest hereby agrees that the provisions of the Agreement shall apply as between the Host and the Guest. The Agreement will not come into effect unless and until the Guest has paid the Price.
- The Guest acknowledges that Lisbeyond may carry out verification checks to ensure the Guest has a valid immigration status and the appropriate “right to rent” the Property during the Booking Period. If the Guest fails to pass such
verification checks, then this shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement by the Guest.
Guests Obligations
- The Guest agrees and undertakes:
- to comply with the provisions to any specific House Rules obligations of the booked Property, if communicated by Lisbeyond to the Guest;
- to provide Lisbeyond with any documents and other information Lisbeyond reasonably requires to complete the verification checks requested any time before check-in;
- when leaving the apartment, guest must be sure to leave gas appliances turned off, windows closed, and the air-conditioning, central heating and the lights turned off. Keys should also be left as instructed;
- cannot do any alterations or additions to the accommodation or its content. This means that all items inside the apartment belong to the owner and are not to be moved around or removed from the property by the guests at any time;
- to comply with the quiet hours, between 22:00 and 8:00 o’clock, and please keep all noise to a minimum. Please do not disturb neighbors when opening or closing the apartment door or the building door;
- not to smoke,Lisbeyond properties are entirely non-smoking. Smoking in the apartment is subject to the payment of a penalty in the amount equal to the Cleaning Fee of the booked property.
- Guests fail to leave before the designated check-out time will be charged for an additional full day’s accommodation fee. If the guest refuses to leave, Lisbeyond reserves the right to enter the accommodation, remove their belongings, change the lock, and take further action as may be necessary (the guest will be charged for the costs of any such action).
- Guests must complete the Online Check-In. We cannot assume any responsibility if the guest does not follow the check-in instruction.
- The Guest whose name is on the booking confirmation email will be responsible for the behavior of the entire group and agrees to avoid any and all illegal activities
- Guests must indicate the exact number of people staying on the Online Check-In. No more than the number of guests specified in the booking may stay at the accommodation. The number of people who may use the apartment should not exceed the amount indicated on the apartment page. If the number of guests exceeds the limit, Lisbeyond reserves the right to require guests to leave the apartment without any compensation or refund of fees paid.
- No pets (of any breed, size or age) are allowed in the Lisbeyond properties, unless Lisbeyond expressly, and in written, consents pets to be allowed in the property. If any pet is found in an apartment without the express and written consent given by Lisbeyond, Lisbeyond reserves the right to require guests to leave the apartment without any compensation and further charges might be applied.
Lisbeyond Obligations
- Lisbeyond shall:
- communicate with Guests in relation to the Booking and during the Booking Period and use reasonable endeavours to answer any Guest questions in relation to the Booking;
- greet each Guest at the location designated by Lisbeyond for the Check-In and hand over the Property keys or send the Property access instructions, whenever applicable;
- provide such Essentials as Lisbeyond deems necessary at the start of the Booking Period;
- supply clean towels and bed linen including sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases for the number of guests registered in the booking;
- ensure that the Property and any fixtures, fittings and furnishings will be professionally cleaned prior to the Check-In Time.
- While respecting the reasonable privacy of the guests, Lisbeyond reserves the right to access the property at all times if necessary for inspections, repairs and emergencies.
Price & Payment
- The guest shall pay the City Tourist Tax (“Taxa Municipal Turística”), if applicable, as set out in Lisbeyond’s Website.
- The Guest may pay Lisbeyond by any of the following means:
- debit or credit card (including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or AmericanExpress) - transactions fees may apply;
- Bank transfer;
- All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the Guest’s card issuer refuses to authorize payment, the Booking may be delayed or may not be completed and Lisbeyond will not be liable to the Guest for any delay or non-delivery. If possible, Lisbeyond will inform the Guest if payment is delayed or cannot complete due to the card issuer refusing to authorize payment.
- Lisbeyond will not be responsible for a card issuer or bank charging the Guest as a result of processing of a credit/debit card payment in accordance with the Agreement, nor will Lisbeyond be obliged to inform the Guest of any reason for refusal.
- By using a credit or debit card, the Guest confirms that they have authority to do so, and that there are sufficient funds or credit available to cover the Price or other payment being made.
Termination and Cancellation
- The Agreement will automatically terminate on the later of:
- the end of the Booking Period; or
- completion of the Services by Lisbeyond.
- Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time without notice if the other party is in material breach of the terms of the Agreement.
- The Agreement shall terminate immediately upon a material breach by the Guest;
iFrames
Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Web Pages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.
Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.
Removal of links from our website
If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
- limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
- limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
- exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.
As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
