Nette helle Altstadtwohnung mit winzigem Bad Positive: Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man kann ganz vieles fußläufig erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Geschirr haben wir nicht benutzt. Für einen Städtetrip vollkommen ausreichend und perfekt in der Altstadt gelegen. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock mit einer steilen Treppe, was für uns kein Problem war. Negative: Ganz ehrlich, das Bad ist wirklich winzig und schon eine Zumutung. Wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt, kann man die Beine nicht davor abstellen. Wir haben es für 3 Tage mit Humor genommen. Ich habe allerdings noch nie so ein kleines Bad gesehen.

Not again Positive: The location Negative: Small uncomfortable place. Steep stairs. Television dod not have satellite. The only place that required a breakage fee.

Un bel endroit pour visiter Lisbonne, à deux pas d’un métro et à pied du centre-ville. Positive: J’ai aimé la réactivité du personnel, la clim et chauffage réversible, la literie confortable et le positionnement de l’appartement. Negative: Je n’ai pas aimé la partie cuisine, les plaques électriques qui faisait sauter régulièrement l’installation électrique. Les poêles beaucoup trop grandes qui ne rentrent pas à deux sur les plaques de cuisson. Impossible de faire marcher le micro-ondes.

Positive: Loved the area and location but we are lucky we are fit mid sixty year olds as those stairs aren't for everyone. Negative: The closeness of the toilet to the door,very hard fir some to shower and toilet. The light fitting in the lounge room should be raised as my husband hit his head several times.

Positive: Posizione ottima vicino alla stazione di Santa Apolonia Negative: Le scale per accedere all'appartamento sono estremamente ripide (e questo era stato correttamente descritto in anticipo); proprio per questa caratteristica tuttavia sarebbe stato utile se ci fosse stata una luce. Quando si entra le scale sono completamente buie, e specialmente se si hanno bagagli l'accesso diventa difficoltoso. Inoltre le scale stesse sono molto, molto, molto sporche, tanto che all'ingresso dell'appartamento abbiamo trovato anche uno scarafaggio. Anche per accedere alla camera da letto c'è una scala ripida. Il bagno è minuscolo ed è praticamente inutilizzabile se si è più alti di 170 cm, perché non si riesce a sedersi sul WC. La televisione non funziona. C'è una macchinetta del caffè con le cialde, ma non c'è lo zucchero. Al momento del check in vi viene richiesto un deposito cauzionale di 100 euro.
