Apartment in Estrela | Amazing for Families

Fantastic apartment in the best possible location Positive: The apartment has an amazing central location, very close to the Parliament and Estrela park. The apartment itself is amazing. It has an outside terrace and a really good kitchen. The staff were super responsive. We had an issue with heating during the stay which got resolved super fast and efficiently. Negative: I loved the property. One thing to watch out though is that the fuses blow quite easily. If you have the air conditioning on and want to make some tea, the fuses might not be able to take that. Fortunately the switch is in the apartment and easy to get everything back up again. But its something to be mindful of when using appliances.

Aceptable Positive: El apartamento es espacioso y las camas son cómodas Negative: Para el precio que tiene hay cosas que tienen que mejorar. Uno de los baños huele a alcantarilla, deberían de poner al menos un ambientador. Por otra parte, una de las habitaciones tiene una entrada para personas bajitas, si eres medianamente alto tienes que entrar agachado. Por otra parte, la terraza que se ve en las fotos tiene difícil acceso. Hay que bajar unas escaleras estrechas y prolongadas para poder acceder a ella. Además, cuando llegamos la pared estaba desconchada y el aire acondicionado chorreando con un charco en el suelo. Como digo, para el precio que tiene, hay cosas a mejorar

Positive: Great location - nice apartment. It is a great location - about a 10 minute walk to the city centre …. Negative: A/C was not working in one of the bedrooms and they did make us aware of that prior to our arrival and when we got there I asked if a small fan could be provided for that room and they could not accommodate us - we went out and bought a small fan for the room (for $14 euro) I think that knowing that the AC was not working that they could have provided a fan. There was a smell in the bathrooms which was probably just the plumbing - it would have been nice if the unit had stuff, like salt/pepper etc.
