Beach Apt with Balcony - 2 min walk to the beach!

Very nice Positive: was very easy , instructions were clear on what to do. Apartment was very accommodating. Kitchen was equipped with everything necessary Great location, close to the center and close to the sea Negative: the price is a bit high for the value.

Senti-me em Casa! Positive: O apartamento era bastante espaçoso e confortável. Senti-me em casa durante toda a estadia pois a casa estava equipada com todos os utensílios do dia-a-dia. A televisão era espectacular, sofá e camas muito confortáveis! Também fica localizado numa zona bastante central tanto para andar a pé, como a nível de acessos à auto-estrada. Fica numa vizinhança calma e todos os vizinhos eram muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Negative: Quando cheguei a limpeza não estava eximia. Haviam alguns cabelos pelo apartamento e louças que não estavam bem lavadas. Ainda que não esteja relacionado com o alojamento, no 2º dia ficamos horas sem água. Viemos a descobrir tratar-se de um problema frequente naquela zona. Dica: Senti falta de espelhos pela casa, apenas existia um pequeno espelho na casa de banho.

Negative: Well, we checked in then left after 5 minutes. We paid almost 300$ a night, to enter an apartment that did not even have a soap bar, not AC. Location is bad and the whole area is not pleasant to stay in for non locals. Just can’t believe we paid that much for such quality and did not even use it. Our fault not reading the full reviews and details in advance but leaving that note for future visitors.

Lovely Positive: there were very clear instructions about how to access the property. However there was a gate which was locked when we arrived. Adding an instruction about how to open the gate at the bottom of the staircase would be useful.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Costa da Caparica mit Sonnenschein. Positive: Alles Sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem.Es ist eine schöne Wohnung mit tollen Balkon.
