Studio in the heart of Alfama | Super Central!

Locatie: top. Appartement: niet nog een keer. Positive: De locatie is top! Midden in het oude centrum van Lissabon: hartje Alfama. Daarnaast was het contact met de beheerder vlot. Negative: Bij aankomst was de airco kapot en ons appartement kon niet op slot gedaan worden. De airco is de volgende dag gerepareerd door het personeel wat erg aardig was, maar onze deur heeft het gehele verblijf niet op slot gekund. Daarnaast rook het hele appartement naar het riool van de badkamer en hadden we ‘s avonds bezoek van kakkerlakken; alhoewel ik niet weet of de beheerder hier iets aan kan doen, vonden we het toch vrij onaangenaam.

Negative: Our stay in this apartment was extremely unpleasant. There was visible mould, an extremely strong damp/mould smell, numerous worms coming out of the gaps around the shower, and cockroaches throughout the apartment. The smell was so bad that we could barely stay inside without keeping the only window in the apartment, located in the living room, open. When we complained, they initially offered to send someone to clean and treat the affected areas. After we made it clear that we no longer felt comfortable staying there, we were moved to another accommodation. We asked for a partial refund for the nights we had already spent in the original apartment. We were told this would be reviewed internally and that they would get back to us, but after several days we still had no response and had to follow up ourselves. Our refund was eventually refused because the replacement accommodation was supposedly an “upgrade” due to its higher nightly rate. However, it was significantly smaller than our original apartment and lacked important features we had booked, including air conditioning. Overall, we found both the condition of the original apartment and the way our complaint was handled extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We would not recommend booking this accommodation.

Super vacances,merci Positive: Bonjour ,nous avons apprécié ce logement . contrairement aux autres commentaires,nous n'avons eu aucun souci.on nous attendait à l'heure prévu.le logement était propre ainsi que le linge.cuisine complète (équipements et ustensiles) Tout au plus près : restaurants, boutiques et petite supérette Negative: Il est vrai que les escaliers sont raides à monter mais sans surprise puisqu'ils sont en photo donc on sait à quoi s'attendre...(Comme dans tout alfama,ça grimpe 🤣)

Positive: Mi-a placut orasul si sejurul. Negative: Se simte un miros in apartament.
