Positive: The location was good. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was very comfortable Negative: The attitude of the staff No one answered the phone when I tried to check in to help with directions. The answer to every simple request was NO. Are there laundry facilities? NO Is there a small fridge in the room to keep water cold? NO Could I please leave my luggage for a few hours? NO Customer service was not existent. Why bother getting into hospitality if you cannot meet basic guest requests. There is no way I am the first guest to request any of the above.

Estadia agradável e muito bem localizada Positive: O apartamento tem uma ótima localização, senti-me segura mesmo à noite. A entrada foi fácil, quarto foi limpo e arrumado todos os dias e o espaço corresponde às fotografias do anúncio. Negative: O único ponto a melhorar seria a troca das toalhas com maior frequência, principalmente o tapete do banheiro.

Spacious , bright, clean -would recommend Positive: The guest house was well situated and only a 10 minute walk from the centre which we liked. The room was spacious, very clean with good light. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the cleaning service each day with new towels. Access was easy. Negative: The traffic could be loud at points but that is to no fault of the accommodation .

Soggiorno perfetto per qualità di servizi e posizione Positive: La stanza era pulita, ogni giorno veniva risistemata dallo staff. La posizione ottima per muoversi a piedi tra i vari quartieri ma anche per raggiungere i mezzi di trasporto. Il servizio di trasporto privato utilizzato per recarci in aeroporto è stato ottimo, sia per la facilità nella prenotazione sia per la qualità del servizio. Il check-in è stato semplice e veloce e l'assistenza clienti ci forniva costantemente le informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno.
