Positive: The place is really nice and clean. Located in a quiet place. Near to the city center. Had some issues with shower drain. Would be great to put a small fridge in the room.

Positive: The location was good. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was very comfortable
Negative: The attitude of the staff
No one answered the phone when I tried to check in to help with directions.
The answer to every simple request was NO.
Are there laundry facilities? NO
Is there a small fridge in the room to keep water cold? NO
Could I please leave my luggage for a few hours? NO
Customer service was not existent. Why bother getting into hospitality if you cannot meet basic guest requests. There is no way I am the first guest to request any of the above.
