Positive: Located near train and bus, easy to get around
Negative: From the station you need to walk uphill to the apartment, quite struggling with luggage. The room is quite small and there is a smell of old building

Decent but could be better
Positive: The location is great and the staff are good.
Negative: The rooms are very small/crammed and there was a terrible smell constantly so we had to have the window open all the time including during the night.
