Nice holidays in Lisbon💖 Positive: Highly recommend for one week stay. The location is superb-very near from main avenue;- bust stop 3 minutes walk, everything what is “must to see” in Lisbon can be visited by walk in a short time. Staff very friendly and kind. Always were ready to answer and help you. No extra taxes and fees that were not mentioned in the room.

Positive: I like the location the place it was only a little bit high. But that's normal in Lisbon Negative: What I don't like it is we're out all day so were only in the room in the night and we used the TV for music but they cut us out of television signal the night before we check out so we're out of television. It's not right to do it. And also can you put a little bit bigger cups for the coffee in the coffee machine coz not everyone used Expresso. thanks

Be careful for the check-in system Positive: The location was great. Easy to access the city center. Negative: It was terrible at first night. Their online check in system needed deposit to get the access code to enter the room. Our flight was delayed and it was after 23pm. There are no reception in this accommodation. I sent a message to be delayed and no one answered. Finally we couldn’t get enter the room at first night. After looking for another hotel for the 1.5 hours in the cold night, of course there were no rooms available. We went back to airport at 1am. Finally they answered my message in the morning. As a foreigner, not familiar with the place, it was so hopeless in the beginning of the trip. Furthermore, the room was not clean. Under the bed, there were dirty biscuit from previous customer. For people planning to stay this accommodation, please be noted to check in before and not to expect the night time service. In the end they paid back the money of the 1st night and gave us a good snacks. I appreciate for that.
