Lo staff molto diaponibile, hanno risposti subito a tutti i messaggi, sono stati disposti a fare una videochiamata per risolvere un problema relativo all'accesso alla stanza. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole Negative: Le uniche critiche riguardano il fatto che sarebbe stata gradita la presenza di un piccolo frigo in stanza e riguardo alle dimensioni della cabina bagno. Io e la mia ragazza fortunatamente siamo piccoli di statura eppure eravamo strettissimi, c'era a stento lo spazio ler girarsi su se stessi

Positive: Great location and easy access, a few things to improve The hotel is very well located and access is easy – you just need the codes. The room was clean and matched the photos. Special mention to the cleaning staff who were really lovely and helpful – not at all like some of the older reviews suggested. Communication by message was super quick and efficient, which we really appreciated. A couple of things could be improved: there were no coffee pods or cups left when we arrived – maybe adding more would help since everyone seems to use them. Noise-wise, it’s quite loud – you can hear pretty much everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. The bathroom is also very small, and don’t expect much privacy: the glass wall (even if frosted) doesn’t block much sound or view. Overall, a good stay – just a few small adjustments would make it much better.
