It is a lovely place to stay if you want to be away from the city centre hassles Positive: It is relatively small but has everything you need when you travel. I would stay here again if I were to visit Lisbon again. It is on the top floor with no lift, by the way. You can find fruit stores and supermarkets within 10 minute walking distance. Double blind shades for sunlight are helpful to avoid sun lights on window. Communication with the operating team was efficient. Negative: Air-conditioner in the living was out of order which we reported on our arrival. However, there was no action until we made a inquiry again on our 4th day. A standing fan was provided and it was better than nothing. I am sure that the owner (or the operating team) knew the air-conditioner was not working. They should have let us know it and should have acted more proactively. It was around 35-37 centi-degrees when we were staying!

Positive: The apartment is beautiful, clean and well located. Negative: The small disadvantage are the stairs. A little hard to go upstairs with a big suitcase, but not impossible.

Convenient, sunny, stay ruined by smell Positive: Friendly host, sunny room Negative: Strange ? sewage smell in the bathroom, which made it very unpleasant to use the bathroom.
