Cozy Ground Floor Studio in Lisbon Old Town

Positive: La posizione é ottima, la zona tranquilla, ci sono locali e il supermercato Pingo Doce a poche decine di metri. L'appartamento è ben attrezzato. Negative: L'appartamento è parecchio umido e manca l'aria condizionata, il ventilatore non sempre è bastato a togliere l'umidità. L'appartamento è proprio al piano terra sulla strada senza una inferriata.

Can´t recommend the room on the ground floor on the right side. Positive: Nothing. As it was muldy everywhere. Negative: The room in the ground floor on the right floor was so disgusting. There was muld everywhere. In the bedroom and in the bathroom and the room itself smelled moisty. I have health issues and am thankful that the agency who manages the appartments helped us with getting another room in the city even though the whole situation was a burden.

Positive: Dobra lokacija, čisto, nov nameštaj, osoblje je dostupno i komunikativno. Negative: Mnogo velika vlaga i neprijatan miris, ograđujem se, u našem apartmanu koji je bio u prizemlju objekta. Jedini dotok svežeg vazduha je kroz prozor koji gleda ka ulici i visok je 80cm od ulice ima drvene kapke koje je potrebno skroz otvoriti tako da ste kao na izlogu, nema mogućnosti za privatnost ili intimu, paralelno sa svežim vazduhom. U jednom trenutku je procurela voda iz zida kuhinje na kojem smo detektovali pukotinu na keramici, voda se slivala iz odvoda apartmana koji je iznad.
