Positive: The location is excellent. The apartment is nice. The street is dynamic, there are small bars under the apartment and nearby, it is very lively and nice in the evening. The stairs leading to the apartment are steep but nothing that is impossible to overcome :)

Positive: Propreté, appartement spacieux et bien équipé dans un quartier typique de Lisbonne. Proche du métro.
Negative: Les escaliers pour accéder à l’appartement. Dangereux.
