Central 2 bedroom apt w/Garden and Pantheon Views

Basic 2-bedroom old apartment in a hilly neighborhood Positive: She answered questions when we asked her about the apartment i.e. wifi, where the closest supermarket was, etc. Negative: The instructions regarding meeting the host needs to be more clear. Causes confusion for the host and customers. The agency and host said we could reach the host directly but we weren't provided a direct mobile number. Only way to communicate was through booking.com messaging or calling the host agency. The host was sitting inside the apartment. I didn't have her direct number to call her. I had to message through Booking.com and then found the number for the host agency to call. They then call her mobile. So we were outside the building for about 15 minutes. The apartment is very basic dated old two bedroom unit in the lower level of the building (2 levels down). The building does not have an elevator so it's a bit difficult for travelers with luggages and young kids. The apartment also has a sewage/mold/damp smell in the bathroom and kitchen (right away we could smell it as soon as we walked in). Some simple updates / recommendations: change the shower curtain (it's suppose to be white but has some dark spots like mold), provide enough toilet paper roll for the duration of the stay (we only got 1.5 rolls for 4 days, 3 adults), the chairs/seating area in the terrace looks old like they may break if sit on. The apartment is located in Graca, a very hilly neighborhood - be prepared to walk up and down steep cobble stone streets. Overall, I was disappointed with the smell and lack of amenities for the fee we paid (for background/comparison we paid less for a really nice modern apartment in Porto right before Lisbon). The apartment should be listed at a substantially lower rate on booking.com website.

Eine gemütliche, ruhige Wohnung im Grünen mitten in der Großstadt. Positive: Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gute Aufteilung der Räume: Küche separat und mit Terrassenzugang, Ess- und Wohnbereich leicht getrennt, jeder konnte sich leicht zurückziehen, von dort auch Terrassenzugang. Schöne Außenanlage, große Terrasse und Garten mit Orangen- und Olivenbäumen, guter Schatten. Gute zentrale Lage! Negative: Die Terrasse könnte mit besseren Möbeln augestattet sein und Liegestühle/Liegen für den Garten wären gut!

Polecam ten obiekt. Positive: Personel obiektu czekał z kluczami, mimo że byliśmy spóźnieni, skontaktował się telefonicznie. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, wygodny, ładnie urządzony.

Schöne Wohnung für einen Familienaufenthalt in Lissabon Positive: Sehr schöne Lage. Ruhig und doch zentral, gut angebunden an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und auch zu Fuß ist das Zentrum zu erreichen, wenn einem Treppen und steile Wege nichts ausmachen. Angenehmes Wohnumfeld (von dem Gefängnis gegenüber bekommt man nichts mit). Man sieht tatsächlich die Kuppel des Pantheon von der Terrasse und die Bäume im Garten tragen Früchte und spenden Schatten. Trotz des Hochsommers angenehme Temperatur in den Räumen. Es gibt auch eine Klimaanlage. Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt Mini-Mercados und Bäcker in der Nähe, Supermärkte sind mit dem Bus erreichbar. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Stadt und Rückzugsort nach dem Sightseeing-Trubel am Tag. Wir haben jeden Tag auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt 🌞 Negative: Ärgerlich war, dass Nachbarn Müll wie Bonbonpapiere, Taschentücher und auch mal angebissenes Obst aus dem Fenster auf die Terrasse werfen. Die Hausverwaltung kümmert sich. Seltsam war, dass der Rasen Kunstrasen ist. Und die Bank müsste mal repariert werden.
