Surprisingly close to the clubs and bars of Barro alto. Like right next to them.... If you're sensitive to noise, avoid.

Cracking location, good value for money.
Positive: Great location, good sleeping options, easy to access, everything needed was there. Plenty to do close by and within a short walk or taxi ride.
Negative: The sofas are very uncomfortable, the toilets are awkward to sit on and there is an awful smell of cat pee in the access hallway. Be aware, due to location it can be very very noisy until 3AM.
