The place is in a perfect location. Without the apt issues would have made our stay a little better. Positive: The location and the host, Lisbeyond team (property management) was 12 out of 10. The apartment is perfectly situated; it is 2 minutes walking to Rossio train station and 5 minutes to Santa Justa Lift. We had issues with the front door key and the clogged shower drain, I contacted the host (Lisbeyond team) and I chatted with Rafael and explained the issues. While we were out on a tour Rafael came by at the apartment and poured chemical in the shower drain. He also provided a video on how to open the apartment front door which was very tricky. We would also like to thank a couple of staff from the restaurant across the apartment for helping us trying to open the door. A gentleman who lives above the restaurant came down and started pressing the tenant's intercom to let us in. Negative: The 100 Euro security deposit was unnecessary, everything inside the apartment was old. The moldy shower and clogged shower drain was unpleasant. We could not shower properly as the water filled up and overflowing outside the shower.

Comfortable apartment in a good location. Good for when you want to spread out a bit. Positive: Excellent location. Very close to lots of restaurants and easy to walk to the city centre. Lots of room in the apartment. Good facilities in the apartment. Air. Conditioning worked well. Negative: The front door to get into the building was such a pain. It was so hard to work it out. It was a very dark apartment with no natural light. Stairwell noise could be heard in the apartment but not in the bedroom with the door closed.

Great stay in a perfect location Positive: A nice, clean, well-equipped apartment on a beautiful quiet street. Perfect location! Negative: The main door lock can be quite tricky. It requires a very specific technique, so make sure you get access to the host's guest portal, where you'll find a short tutorial video showing exactly how to open it.
