Graça Gem: T1 Oasis with Amazing Terrace

Apartment delivered what it promised and I would stay again Positive: I loved this property. From the interior - inside very well equipped kitchen and good size fridge. Tastefully decorated. Morning gowns, slippers and towels were provided so that was nice. The view from inside the apartment is beautiful especially at dawn or at night. The terrace is fabulous and well equipped with a nice and comfortable sitting area. I am sure it would be lovely in winter. Has a cover in case of rain. Loved that there is ac in the bedroom and lounge Negative: - late check in could be better coordinated. I arrived at 1 am and there was no indication how to get into the apartment. A message had been sent to my iMessage which I had never activated. Would be great to use booking.com messaging as the managers had used for communicating on other matters. Also would be good to put the info that the 25 euro for late check in and deposit of 100 euro should be indicated at booking - there is no space for suitcases but I was alone so just put them in the lounge. - there is no elevator - good for exercise but not with suitcases 😅. I worked remotely for most of my time there and there is no desk so I worked at the dining table sitting on the stone stools 😬 not comfy but I knew beforehand there was no desk. I don’t really like the area in general where the apartment is but Ubers are available for transport.

Loved it with all my heart Positive: We enjoyed our stay so much! Starting from the booking — we were contacted promptly and all our questions were answered. When we arrived, Duarte met us — he was so friendly! The apartment itself is beautiful, and you have everything you need. We especially loved the terrace — waking up, going upstairs to drink coffee, and enjoying the view was just perfect. You don’t hear the neighbors; the surroundings are very quiet. There are train and bus stops next to the place, and it’s easy to walk to the center. Just be prepared to walk up and down a lot :)
