Modern & Bright Faro Mercado Apt 12

Positive: Clean, stylish and comfortable apartment right across the big market hall. Faro old town is just a ten minute walk from here. Well-equipped kitchen with a big fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Cute little balcony that’s just big enough to dry your laundry on. We arrived rather late at night so the picking up of the keys in a key box was ideal for us. Bed was good, albeit too small for us. Negative: The apartment is pretty good but the service could have been better. Communication with the host only via app, slow and not very welcoming. Obligatory 100 euro deposit that depending on your bank can take up to 14 business days after you’ve left the apartment to get refunded. We were staying eleven nights and were provided with two towels per person- when we asked for an extra set, they made us pay 16 euros for it. Pretty ungenerous. Also, there were a few incidents with other guests in the building- noisy rows and apparently also a fight. This is not the host’s fault of course, but they could have handled it better. We felt unsafe and were not provided with any information.

A very enjoyable stay. Positive: The apartment was as described, clean and well-equipped, in a convenient location, a 10-minute walk to the center. I recommend it.

Confortable y conveniente alojamiento en Faro Positive: La ubicación es adecuada, diez minutos del centro de la ciudad y frente al mercado la cual permite tener tiendas y restaurantes muy cerquita Negative: Me hubiera gustado una información más concreta y con anterioridad a que yo me tuviera que poner en contacto con ellos sobre cómo hacer la entrada al apartamento. También he pedido la factura en repetidas ocasiones y aún no la he recibido. El apartamento me ha gustado mucho la gestión con el cliente puede mejorar
