In der Summe war die Wohnung aber okay.
Positive: Lage gut, Internet sehr gut
Negative: Die Bilder sind etwas älter, die Whirlpool-Dusche z.B. gibt es nicht mehr. Hauptschlafzimmer: Die Bar nebenan kann sehr laut sein. Im Winter: etwas kalt, weil die Klimaanlage nicht wirklich heizt. Aber es gibt noch zwei andere Schlafzimmer...
Wifi Reichweite: Erreicht nicht die ganze Wohnung. Typisch für Altbauten in Portugal ist die Wohnung etwas hellhörig.

Elección perfecta
Positive: Ubicación excelente, zona tranquila pero a 5-10 minutos andando de todo, parte histórica, supermercado, bares y restaurantes, embarcadero, ... Apartamento muy bien equipado. Muy buena y rápida atención del anfitrión cuando tuvimos un par de consultas.
